PolicyIf you are unable to make your appointment time: I require a 12 hr notice. Or if it is the same day, I require at least a Two (2) hour notice.I Provide you with my Phone number which is on my website to call if your running late because I book appointments 30 mins apart. If you are late, that will run into your time and I do charge the FULL price of the session you requested. No-Shows, nor a call to cancel. I usually do not rebook a session with you. unless you agree to pay for both sessions, ( the appt, your calling about and the previous appt you did not show up for ).
